Robert O. Tatum, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer
Rob is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Managerial Finance and Investment Analysis. After graduating from Ole Miss, he worked for two years at Trustmark National Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst. From there, Rob attended the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where he received his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Management, graduating as a Beta Gamma Sigma member. Rob has been a principal in the development of over 1,400 for rent apartment units and over 600 senior living units in the last 10 years. In addition to his work in Real Estate Development, Rob sits on the Board of Directors of his family businesses which include The Merchants Company, and Mississippi Tank Company. Rob also serves as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church, serves on the Executive Board of the Area Development Partnership (ADP) and sits on Trustmark National Bank’s Advisory Board in Hattiesburg, and previously sat on the board of the Historic Hattiesburg Downtown Association. Rob formed CR Properties, LLC as a partnership with his brother Craig in 2013. Prior to forming CR Properties, LLC, Rob was the sole owner of Tatum Capital, LLC, and 50% owner of ISIS Development Group, LLC which specialized in large-scale for sale and for rent multi-family development projects concentrated in the Gulf Coast United States.
Rob and his wife Shay have three daughters, Addison, Rhodes, Ann Frances and a son, Luke. Rob and his family reside in Hattiesburg, MS.
Craig B. Tatum – President/Chief Operating Officer
Craig attended Mississippi State University on a baseball scholarship and majored in Banking and Finance. In 2004, he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the Major League Baseball Draft. He played three years in the major leagues with the Cincinnati Reds and the Baltimore Orioles. Offseason was spent working side-by-side with his brother, Rob Tatum, in the development of multi-family rental properties. Craig retired from the major leagues in 2012 to launch his new career in Real Estate working alongside Rob. His first venture as a partner was with the Hub City Lofts – two historic buildings that were turned into 52 lofts and 9 retail spots in downtown Hattiesburg. In mid-2013, Rob and Craig formed CR Properties and are working on multiple Assisted Living/Independent Living projects in Hattiesburg, Starkville, and McComb, MS and Thibodaux, Central, and Baton Rouge, LA.
Craig and his wife Daniele have three children, Lanier, Bo, and Reeves, and live in Hattiesburg, MS.
Daniel Jussely – Vice President of Construction / Development
Daniel is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. After graduating from Southern Miss, he worked for three years at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From there, Daniel was employed at The Hattiesburg Clinic where he was the Director of Credentialing. He began working for Rob in January 2007. Daniel’s main focus is construction, and he works with contractors to ensure that projects stay on track and on budget. Since he began work, Daniel has overseen the construction of over 2,000 units of multi-family ad assisted living facilities. He is currently involved in multiple construction products for the company, including a large retail and hotel development in Hattiesburg, MS. Daniel has served on the Hattiesburg Historic Downtown Association and was previously Chairman of the Board of Deacons at First Presbyterian Church in Hattiesburg.
Daniel and his wife Lucy have two children, Dews and Hallie, and live in Hattiesburg, MS.
Seth Miles – Controller
Seth is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance. After graduation Seth worked at the Chicago Board of Trade for Baldwin Securities as a trade assistant for Mr. Baldwin in the 30-year Treasury bond pit. After two years he had an offer to become a proprietary trader of 10-year treasuries for Parker Trading in Mt. Pleasant, SC which he did for six years. Wanting to move back home to Mississippi to be closer to family, he started his career in commercial lending which is where he crossed paths with Rob Tatum. Seth now works for CR Properties as controller, overseeing daily accounting operations as well as financing and operating results for projects.
Seth lives in Hattiesburg, MS with his wife Shasta and daughter Mazzei.
Hunter Campbell – Project Manager
Hunter will graduate in the spring semester of 2017 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Technology. Hunter is from Collins, MS where he was raised on a family owned and operated poultry and cattle farm. He began working with CR Properties in 2016 as a summer intern working with the construction of new projects focusing on tracking projects under construction and performing final inspections. In January of 2017, Hunter began working full time as a Project Manager of Construction.
